Delivery
UK standard delivery £3.95 within 7 working days. However, we aim to despatch all orders with 72 hours of receipt.
When an item is due back in stock within 2-3 weeks we will mark this next to the product. If an item has an expected delivery time of more than 7 working days we will always notify you. If you wish to wait for the item to come back into stock (max 2-3 weeks) we will despatch seperately as soon as it is available. We will only charge you delivery once per order (when delivery is chargeable). When an item is out of stock and we do not have an expected delivery date these items will be marked as out of stock and ordering will be disabled until a time when we can assure you of a delivery framework.
A signature may be required for some parcels.
UK orders over £100 are Delivered FREE within 7 working days.
Orders received at weekends and Bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
We deliver to all postal areas in the uk, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
We despatch using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or national couriers such as Home Delivery Network or DHL. We will notify you by e-mail when you order is despatched. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel form your local depot.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you delivery once per order.

Returns
If you change your mind about our products you can return your order within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Please follow the simple steps below:
1. please call us on 01743 246137 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain instructions on how to return the goods to us.

3. Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.
4. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If you have received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge) Please follow the simple steps below:

2. Faulty / damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us by e-mail prior to returning. We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of post are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
